Gluten free chocolate cake (micro wave) 


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 2 CHILDREN

  • 150 g of butter
  • 150 g of authorized chocolate
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of potato starch
  • 1 s. yeast
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons water

PREPARATION

IN 8 STEPS

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Stir and put back for another minute if it is not completely melted then add the butter and mix.
  3. In a container, put the eggs and sugar.
  4. Beat until the mixture whitens.
  5. Stir in the starch and yeast, then the butter / chocolate mixture.
  6. Prepare a container with a high edge, preferably round.
  7. Garnish the bottom with buttered parchment paper, pour the mixture and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave oven, cooking program.
  8. The cooking of this cake can be done in gas oven or electric.
    It must then be about 35 minutes, thermostat 5.
