Biscuits without eggs


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 2 CHILDREN

  • 150 g of Flour
  • 90 g butter
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • A pinch of salt

PREPARATION

IN 7 STEPS

  1. Gather in a salad bowl the sugar, the flour, the pinch of salt and the soft butter. Mix it with your fingertips, to get smaller and smaller pieces of butter, and finish with coarse sand.
  2. Then add the milk, and mix until you get a thick but homogeneous paste.
  3. Pack it in a plastic food film, and reserve 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your oven to 200 ° C (th.6-7). Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 5 mm.
  5. Using cookie cutters cut shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Form a ball with the falling dough and roll it again so you do not lose dough.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, checking the color well.
  7. Let the cookies cool on a rack, and enjoy at tea time.
