Gluten free pear cake

  • 750 g pear
  • 60 g corn flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of liquid cream

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the pears and cut them into quarters.
  2. Then arrange them in a buttered mold.
  3. In a bowl, pour vanilla sugar, eggs and sugar, liquid cream, milk, corn flour.
  4. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste that you pour on the fruits.
