Gratin of pasta, cauliflower & turkey ham
FOR 2 PORTIONS:
300 g bouquets of cauliflower
150 g pasta
1 slice smoked turkey ham (about 50 g)
20 g Bechamel sauce
20 g of Emmentaler or grated Gruyère cheese
1 pinch of nutmeg
IN 7 STEPS
Wash the cauliflower and detail it in very small bouquets. Steam them about 15 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife. Place them in a small ovenproof baking dish so that you get only one layer of vegetables.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta as usual.
Add the pasta and turkey ham cut into small pieces or cubes to the cauliflower bouquets.
Prepare the béchamel with cold milk in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Add a pinch of nutmeg (optional).
Top with Cauliflower, Mini Pasta and Turkey Ham. Combine with grated cheese.
Bake, and leave to grill under the grill for a few minutes.
