oat flake biscuits without milk and eggs
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 2 CHILDREN
- 60g of melted butter
- 80g of brown sugar
- 1s of rice syrup (or honey)
- 45g oat flakes
- A pinch of salt
- 6 2.5cl of soy milkr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 small spoon of liquid vanilla
PREPARATION

- Gather in a salad bowl the sugar, the flour, the pinch of salt and the soft butter. Mix it with your fingertips, to get smaller and smaller pieces of butter, and finish with coarse sand.
- Then add the milk, and mix until you get a thick but homogeneous paste.
