whiting with zucchini


-INGREDIENTS

FOR 1 PORTION : from 180 to 200 gr

  • 4 small zucchini
  • 15 to 20 grams of salmon fillet
  • A handful of white rice

PREPARATION

IN 7 STEPS

  1. Cook your rice a little more so that it is melting and keep it
  2. Peel, wash and cut the zucchini
  3. Add the salmon
  4. Steam them
  5. Mix
  6. Add the rice
  7. Blend finely until a homogenous puree is obtained unless baby starts to eat dishes with melted pieces
  8. Dress in the baby’s plate and serve
