M\u00e9langez \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Quand le lait bout, baissez le feu et laissez cuire 30 \u00e0 35 minutes, en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter que le riz accroche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque le riz affleure le lait, retirez la casserole du feu et versez le riz au lait d\u2019amande dans un plat creux de service ou des ramequins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Laissez refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation.
