Green beans and chicken

FOR 1 PORTION (S)

  • 1 potato (about 100 g)
  • 150 g fresh green beans
  • 25 g chicken

PREPARATION

IN 4 STEPS

  1. Wash and peel the potato, cut into small pieces. Rape and remove the green beans. Cut them into pieces
  2. Steam all over for 20 minutes. Mix the vegetables with a little milk or crush them with a fork.
  3. Cut the chicken into small pieces; cook them in the pan with the oil.
  4. Serve the vegetable purée with the fried chicken dice. At table!
