Palms- biscuits
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 4 BISCUITS
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 80 g Sugar powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 10 cl of fresh cream
- 1 slice of smoked turkey ham
PREPARATION
IN 6 STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Spread the puff pastry on the floured table.
- Sprinkle sugar with a light touch of sugar to make it penetrate the dough. Roll the two long sides of the dough inwards, making them meet in the middle.
- Let stand for 5 minutes in the freezer, then cut the roll into 1.5 cm slices.
- Place them as you go on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place another plate or pan on top and cook for 10min.
- Let the palms cool on a rack.
