Chocolate fondant without egg


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 6 CHILDREN

  • 15 cl of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g of flour
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 150 g of butter
  • 200 g of dark chocolate

PREPARATION

IN 4 STEPS

  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter and the pinch of salt in water bath.
  2. Add the sugar then the flour and the milk.
  3. Pour this mixture into a mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. Serve your little ones with a compote of fruit or juice.
