moroccan semolina waffle: harcha


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 6 MINI-GALETTES

  • 50 g of fine semolina
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar (according to your taste)
  • ½ c-a-c of salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeastr

PREPARATION

IN 8 STEPS

  1. Pour the dry ingredients into a terrine (semolina, sugar, salt, baking powder).
  2. Pour the melted butter and mix with your fingertips.
  3. Add the milk, mix well and let stand a few minutes so that the semolina absorbs the liquid.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet.
  5. Spread the dough on a work surface sprinkled with semolina.
  6. Using a glass or a cookie cutter, make circles.
  7. Cook the patties at medium heat on both sides (about 4 min on each side).
  8. Let cool and serve to your little ones at tea time.
