moroccan semolina waffle: harcha
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 6 MINI-GALETTES
- 50 g of fine semolina
- 100 g melted butter
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar (according to your taste)
- ½ c-a-c of salt
- 1 packet of dry yeastr
PREPARATION
IN 8 STEPS
- Pour the dry ingredients into a terrine (semolina, sugar, salt, baking powder).
- Pour the melted butter and mix with your fingertips.
- Add the milk, mix well and let stand a few minutes so that the semolina absorbs the liquid.
- Heat a nonstick skillet.
- Spread the dough on a work surface sprinkled with semolina.
- Using a glass or a cookie cutter, make circles.
- Cook the patties at medium heat on both sides (about 4 min on each side).
- Let cool and serve to your little ones at tea time.
