Madeleins without milk

- 200 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder/li>
- 75 g of powdered sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 3 eggs
- 125 g of lactose-free margarine
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
PREPARATION
IN 7 STEPS
- Mix the flour, yeast and sweetener in a bowl and add the beaten eggs, honey, vanilla and melted margarine.
- Mix the mixture well until it is smooth and even.
- Pour the paste into silicone Madeleine prints.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the Madeleine are very soft.
- Let cool before unmolding.
- Keep the Madeleine in an airtight box.
- To be served at the time of the snack.
