Strawbrry ice without milk


-INGREDIENTS : 

  • 60g of melted butter
  • 400 g of fruit: raspberries or strawberries
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 20 cl of vegetable milk (soya milk, almond milk) of your choice
  • 200 g of silky tofu (soy cheese)

PREPARATION

IN 8 STEPS

  1. In a small saucepan, crush the fruit with the sugar. Then heat on low heat, 5 to 10 minutes, to make a small “compote”.
  2. Transfer to a high container and let cool.
  3. Then mix (for my part with the soup mixer) the fruits by gradually incorporating the vegetable milk.
  4. Then go to a Chinese to collect the grains.
  5. Let cool again.
  6. Add the silky tofu to finish.
  7. Mix 20 to 25 minutes in an ice cream maker.
  8. Serve immediately or place in the freezer in a container. In this case, remove the ice cream without raspberry milk 10 minutes before eating.
