Beef and pasta with mushrooms

  • 25g of beef
  • 30g of small pasta
  • 130g of mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

IN 9 STEPS

  1. Wash, peel and cut mushrooms into small pieces
  2. Wash the parsley
  3. Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan with a bottom of water, parsley and pepper
  4. When they are very tender, crush them roughly and mix them with the oil
  5. Cook the small pasta in a pan of boiling water until tender, then strain and incorporate with mushrooms.
  6. Cook the beef in the pan without adding any fat and without coloring until it is thoroughly cooked and chop it.
  7. In a baking dish, arrange pasta mixed with mushrooms, meat, cream and finish with grated cheese
  8. Heat the dish in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted
  9. Dress in the baby’s plate and serve
