Beef and pasta with mushrooms
-INGREDIENTS :
FOR 1 PORTION (S)
- 25g of beef
- 30g of small pasta
- 130g of mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Parsley
- Pepper
PREPARATION
IN 9 STEPS
- Wash, peel and cut mushrooms into small pieces
- Wash the parsley
- Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan with a bottom of water, parsley and pepper
- When they are very tender, crush them roughly and mix them with the oil
- Cook the small pasta in a pan of boiling water until tender, then strain and incorporate with mushrooms.
- Cook the beef in the pan without adding any fat and without coloring until it is thoroughly cooked and chop it.
- In a baking dish, arrange pasta mixed with mushrooms, meat, cream and finish with grated cheese
- Heat the dish in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted
- Dress in the baby’s plate and serve
