Cheese chicken nuggets

  • 50 g cheese (gruyere or other)
  • 10 g of flour (preferably whole flour)
  • 10 g of corn floor
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 sprigs of parsley

PREPARATION

IN 8 STEPS

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut your chicken breasts into cubes and mix them 20 to 30 seconds. Add the grated cheese, flour, corn flour, egg, salt and parsley and mix again for 30 seconds.
  3. Separate the mixture into about fifteen or twenty portions depending on the size desired for your Nuggets.
  4. Wet your hands and roll each portion in the hand and flatten it on the surface of your hand to form beautiful Nuggets about 1.5 cm thick.
  5. Cover your baking sheet with pre-oiled parchment paper.
  6. Soak your chicken nuggets in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs on both sides.
  7. Arrange the Nuggets on your baking sheet at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes in your preheated oven. Turn your Nuggets halfway through cooking.
