Cheese chicken nuggets

- 1 egg
- 2 sprigs of parsley

PREPARATION

- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
- Cut your chicken breasts into cubes and mix them 20 to 30 seconds. Add the grated cheese, flour, corn flour, egg, salt and parsley and mix again for 30 seconds.
- Separate the mixture into about fifteen or twenty portions depending on the size desired for your Nuggets.
- Wet your hands and roll each portion in the hand and flatten it on the surface of your hand to form beautiful Nuggets about 1.5 cm thick.
- Cover your baking sheet with pre-oiled parchment paper.
- Soak your chicken nuggets in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs on both sides.
- Arrange the Nuggets on your baking sheet at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes in your preheated oven. Turn your Nuggets halfway through cooking.
