Gluten free crepes


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 2 CHILDREN

  • 100 g corn flour
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

PREPARATION

IN 7 STEPS

  1. Mix the corn flour in the milk, add the 2 egg beaten omelet and vanilla sugar.
  2. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about fifteen minutes.
  3. Pour in a pan, preferably non-stick, a small ladle of dough.
  4. Let it cook slowly. Flip the pancake when it is golden.
  5. Cook gently on the other side.
  6. Place the pancakes on a plate in a bain-marie and cover, so the pancakes will not dry out.
  7. The dough can be perfumed with a tablespoon of orange blossom.
