Gluten free sandy galettes


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 4 to 6 CHILDREN/strong>

  • 60 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g of very soft butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2. teaspoonsoil
  • 100 g of rice cream

PREPARATION

IN 6 STEPS

In a terrine mix sugar, egg, butter and salt. Works with a fork, then add the rice cream in 2 or 3 times.
Pour this smooth dough into 6 individual non-stick tart molds or directly onto the baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes.
