Hake in ratatouille


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 1 PORTION (S): from 180 to 200 grams

  • 1 pepper
  • 1 eggplant/aubergine
  • 1 zucchini
  • ¼ onions
  • 15 to 20 grams of hake net (or other white fish)
  • A pinch of Provence herbs
  • A spoon of olive oil

PREPARATION

IN 8 STEPS

  1. Peel, wash and cut vegetables
  2. Steam
  3. Add the fish
  4. Steam them about 15min
  5. Mix
  6. Add the teaspoon of olive oil
  7. Blend finely until you obtain a homogenous puree
  8. Serve warm to your little one. Enjoy your meal!
