Madeleins without milk

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder/li>
  • 75 g of powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g of lactose-free margarine
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

PREPARATION

IN 7 STEPS

  1. Mix the flour, yeast and sweetener in a bowl and add the beaten eggs, honey, vanilla and melted margarine.
  2. Mix the mixture well until it is smooth and even.
  3. Pour the paste into silicone Madeleine prints.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, until the Madeleine are very soft.
  5. Let cool before unmolding.
  6. Keep the Madeleine in an airtight box.
