Palms- biscuits


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 4 BISCUITS

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 80 g Sugar powder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 10 cl of fresh cream
  • 1 slice of smoked turkey ham

PREPARATION

IN 6 STEPS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Spread the puff pastry on the floured table.
  3. Sprinkle sugar with a light touch of sugar to make it penetrate the dough. Roll the two long sides of the dough inwards, making them meet in the middle.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes in the freezer, then cut the roll into 1.5 cm slices.
  5. Place them as you go on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place another plate or pan on top and cook for 10min.
  6. Let the palms cool on a rack.
