Turkey fillet with zucchini
-INGREDIENTS
FOR 2 PORTION (S): of 200 gr
- Two zucchini
- 20 grams of turkey fillet
- Half-salted butter
PREPARATION
IN 4 STEPS
- Peel, wash and cut vegetables
- Add the turkey meat cut into small pieces
- Steam them (water level 3 / 15 min)
- Mix
- Add two hazelnuts of half-salted butter
- Blend finely until you obtain a homogenous puree
