Turkey fillet with zucchini


-INGREDIENTS

  FOR 2 PORTION (S): of 200 gr

  • Two zucchini
  • 20 grams of turkey fillet
  • Half-salted butter

PREPARATION

IN 4 STEPS

  1. Peel, wash and cut vegetables
  2. Add the turkey meat cut into small pieces
  3. Steam them (water level 3 / 15 min)
  4. Mix
  5. Add two hazelnuts of half-salted butter
  6. Blend finely until you obtain a homogenous puree
