Vanilla rice cream 


-INGREDIENTS : 

FOR 2 CHILDREN

  • 80 g of round rice
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 15 cl of liquid cream
  • Sugar

PREPARATION

IN 9 STEPS

  1. In a saucepan, mix 50 cl milk and 80 g rice.
  2. Open the vanilla pod then scrape it in with a spoon and add the seeds to the previous mixture.
  3. Put the pot of rice pudding in a second pan with water to cook in a water bath.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 1 h 30 min.
  5. When done, add 3 Tablespoon caster sugar in this saucepan and mix.
  6. Let cool and place to cool.
  7. Pour in a bowl 15 cl of liquid cream and beat with a whip to have a whipped cream.
  8. Stir in your rice whipped cream in the pan and mix.
  9. Garnish an ice cream maker with this mixture and place in the freezer.
VANILLA RICE CREAM
