Vegetable soup with rice


-INGREDIENTS

FOR 2 PORTIONS

  • 1 carrot (organic if possible)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons cooked rice

PREPARATION

IN 7 STEPS

  1. Rinse the vegetables well.
  2. Peel the carrot, zucchini and tomato.
  3. Cut the vegetables into pieces.
  4. Put the carrot to steam for 25 minutes.
