Vegetable soup with rice
-INGREDIENTS
FOR 2 PORTIONS
- 1 carrot (organic if possible)
- 1 tomato
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons cooked rice
PREPARATION
IN 7 STEPS
- Rinse the vegetables well.
- Peel the carrot, zucchini and tomato.
- Cut the vegetables into pieces.
- Put the carrot to steam for 25 minutes.
- When it remains 15 minutes of cooking, add the other vegetables with the basil continue cooking.
- Mix with cooked rice and cooking water.
