The tests and analyzes are carried out internally thanks to our two perfectly equipped Laboratories:  Bacteriological & Physic-Chemical Laboratory.
Tasting / validation sessions are held for all our products, in order to take into account the opinion of the tasters, and to finalize exclusively products of very high taste and nutritional qualities.
